This notice explains how your personal data is processed when you use the contact form, in accordance with Article 10 of Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).

2. Personal data processed
The form processes your name, company, telephone number, email address, selected subject and message. It is not designed to collect sensitive personal data. Please do not include health, biometric, criminal-conviction or similar sensitive information in your message.
3. Purposes of processing
- Receiving, reviewing and responding to your request,
- Evaluating the technical scope and possible solutions,
- Conducting quotation, product or service processes,
- Maintaining communication security and preventing abuse,
- Establishing, exercising or protecting rights in the event of a dispute.
4. Collection method and legal basis
Data is collected electronically and directly from you when you submit the form. Depending on the request, processing relies on Article 5/2-c of the KVKK, where necessary for entering into or performing a contract, and Article 5/2-f, where necessary for the controller’s legitimate interests. Article 5/2-e may apply where processing is necessary to establish, exercise or protect a right.
5. Transfers
To the extent required for these purposes, data may be shared with technical providers supplying website hosting and email delivery, legal or financial advisers, and legally authorised public bodies. If an overseas infrastructure provider is used, transfers are made subject to Article 9 of the KVKK and the applicable safeguards.
6. Retention
Communication records are retained for as long as necessary to conclude the request and meet possible legal obligations. They are deleted, destroyed or anonymised when the processing purpose and applicable retention period end.
7. Your rights
You may submit requests concerning your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK to the postal address above or to info@nmakendustri.com, identifying yourself and explaining your request. Applications are concluded within thirty days at the latest, depending on their nature.
